In the app , deluxe room balcony was written but in the hotel no balcony was there. they were asking charge for balcony room. Towels were not clean. very unhygienic place. They should keep their level according to the fare of rooms.

My experience was very good. Neither I nor any of my family members felt any shortage of anything. The staff was very good and the room was also very clean. Everything that is generally necessary was present there and what was even better was that the view of Harimandir Sahib Ji was clearly visible from the window of our room. Which was making our 訂房網站 even better. Overall, staying at Mercury Inn was a very good experience and I will book a room here again when I come to Amritsar in the future. I will also recommend my friends to stay here.

Extremely bad experience with mercury inn We haven’t got the rooms for which we paid. I don’t want ant discount etc I wasn’t able to complaint about the hotel because of security of ourselves.

The pot was leaking, no parking space, gates were not working, the lift was stuck, very dirty bedsheets and blankets, staff incorporative, no security, broken cupboards, dirty and smelly surroundings

Pros : very close to golden temple gate. Less than 100 meters cons : 1) because of close proximity to the golden temple, taxis are not allowed to the hotel location. While arriving at the hotel, my taxi dropped me at the multilevel parking of golden temple, which is about 1 km away. I had to hire a battery rickshaw to load my luggage and arrive at the hotel. Even o la or uber don't come to the hotel. But, while departing, the hotel arranged a taxi right from the hotel location. 2) the property is actually a lodge with a small reception without any frills. room seems expensive for a lodge type accommodation. Probably, rates are comparatively higher due to tourism location.

I have stayed here before. It’s got a fantastic location. Hospitality is good, new renovated rooms are pretty nice. *mr niranjan* and members of the hotel are always on their toes to make guest comfortable.
